PAYPAL collects all the credit card and private, personal information through their secure website, not Charter Road Productions Inc. However, PAYPAL charges Charter Road Productions Inc. a nonprofit fee for handling each transaction. PAYPAL then contacts Charter Road Production Inc. when a purchase or donation is made by the user. Charter Road Productions Inc. obtains the information from PAYPAL’S secure website in order to obtain the transaction details for recording the amount of donation and/or specific item purchased and shipping info, which includes: buyer’s name, address, and email address. Neither Charter Road Productions Inc. nor any of its subordinates are responsible for the actions of PAYPAL or any third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer.
